Yen is an entrepreneur and leadership development coach. She founded Stage AI in 2016 to bridge technology and humanity. Currently, she is the founder of Spring Zero, providing servies to individuals and teams to enhance creativity in both life and work. Yen also serves as a coordinator of an Inner Development Goals (IDG) Hub in San Francisco. A longtime meditator and dedicated spiritual practitioner, she remains deeply committed to continuous learning and growth.

Born in China and living as a global citizen, Yen began her career in the nonprofit sector, working with organizations such as Doctors Without Borders (France), UNDP, Refugees International, and the U.S. Medical Corps in China, Tajikistan, and North Korea. Committed to social consiousness growth, she later transitioned into the corporate sector, holding roles at L3 Communications in Beijing and Hong Kong (a Fortune 100 company), law firm( Wlolyka, MacDonald & Teng) in Vancouver, Dynatic Solutins in New York.

Yen holds a Master’s degree in Integral Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco and is a SHRM-Certified HR professional in New York. She has also received training in Public Leadership from the Harvard Kennedy School, Somatic Leadership Coaching from the Strozzi Institute, Growth Edge Coaching from Cultivating Leadership, and Ecosystem Leadership from the Presencing Institute in Berlin.

In 2015, Yen founded Stage AI in New York. As a full-time entrepreneur for seven years, she gained deep insights into navigating cultural and social complexity, building trust and resilience, embracing conflict and vulnerability, and working with the wisdom of the body and emotions. Yen experienced firsthand the power of inner transformation and leading from the heart, which later became the guiding principle of her work.

After transferring her business and moving back to San Francisco, Yen Yen joined Bill Duane Associates. She brings unique value for companies seeking expertise in cultivating an innovation and collaboration mindset.
